This Privacy Policy describes how HizooRelief LLC ("HizooRelief," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit hizoorelief.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or communicate with us.

Information we collect

You provide directly:

Contact details — name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address.
Order and transaction information — products purchased, order value, delivery details, returns and exchanges.
Payment information — processed by our payment providers (see below). We never see or store your full card number.
Account information — if you create an account: login email, password (hashed), preferences.
Communications — emails and form submissions to customer support, including any photos or videos you send for returns, damage, or warranty claims.
Reviews and submissions — content you choose to post or send us.
Marketing preferences — email sign-ups and unsubscribe choices.

Collected automatically when you use the Site: device and connection information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, time zone) and usage information (pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring website or ad, approximate city-level location inferred from IP) — collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies placed by us and by the partners listed below.

From third parties: shipping carriers (delivery status), payment providers (payment confirmation and fraud signals), and Shopify (see "Shopify's role" below).

How we use personal information

To run the store: process payments, fulfill and ship orders, send order, shipping, and delivery confirmations, provide tracking, handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, and provide customer support.
Marketing: send marketing email if you've signed up (unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email), and show you ads for our products on other platforms, including retargeting based on your activity on the Site.
Analytics and improvement: understand how the Site is used and improve pages, products, and service.
Security and fraud prevention: screen orders for fraud risk, protect accounts, and secure the Site.
Legal compliance: tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our terms.

Who we share personal information with

Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders, payments, and customer data on our behalf.
Payment providers — Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna, depending on how you choose to pay. Each processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Fulfillment and shipping partners — the fulfillment centers that pack your order and the delivery carriers that transport it.
Order-tracking provider — the service that powers shipment tracking updates.
Advertising and analytics partners — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, whose pixels and tags measure our advertising and enable retargeting, and our email service provider for marketing messages.
Professional advisers and authorities — where required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance, or to protect our rights.
A buyer or successor — if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws — you can opt out (see "Your rights" below and our Your Privacy Choices page).

Shopify's role

The Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Site to provide services to us — and, for certain enhanced features (such as Shop Pay and personalized advertising services), acts as its own responsible party. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are: essential (cart, checkout, security — the store can't work without them), analytical (how the Site is used), and advertising (measuring ads and retargeting). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of advertising cookies via our Your Privacy Choices page. Blocking essential cookies may break checkout.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising ("sale"/"sharing"); and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Some rights have legal exceptions (for example, we must keep order records for tax law).

To exercise any right: email support@hizoorelief.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or use our Your Privacy Choices page for ad-sharing opt-outs. We verify requests (usually by confirming control of the email on file) and respond within the time required by your state's law — generally 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we'll verify the authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

California residents: the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the parties we share with are described above. We honor "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requests via the Your Privacy Choices page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sharing for the browser you're using. We don't knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with privacy laws: you have similar access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out rights, exercised the same way.

Marketing email: unsubscribe anytime via the link in any marketing email. We'll still send transactional emails about your orders.

EU/UK visitors: if you access the Site from the EU/UK, you may have additional rights (objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, complaint to a supervisory authority). Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above: order records for as long as tax, accounting, and warranty obligations require (our warranty runs 2 years from delivery); support correspondence while relevant; marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, PCI-compliant payment processing through our providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send card numbers by email.

Children

The Site is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Parents or guardians: contact us and we'll delete any such information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date and notify you where the law requires it.
