Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–5 business days after processing, free tracked & insured shipping.
- International (Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore and selected countries): 7–14 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.
Order changes & address corrections
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Email support@hizoorelief.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
All orders include shipping insurance. If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days, or your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@hizoorelief.com with your order number — we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
