Every HizooRelief™ massager is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, starting on the day your order is delivered.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Device not powering on or not charging under normal use
  • Massage heads, heat function, or controls failing during normal use

What's not covered

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, water immersion, or misuse
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, fabric wear)
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
  • Lost or stolen items

How to make a claim

Email support@hizoorelief.com with your order number and a short photo or video showing the issue. Our team responds within 1 business day. If your claim is approved, we will ship a free replacement — or refund you in full if a replacement is unavailable.

This warranty is provided by HizooRelief (hizoorelief.com) and gives you specific rights in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer law.
