30-day returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
- Items should be returned in safe packaging with all included accessories (massager, cable, manual, travel bag).
- Normal signs of use are okay — we genuinely want you to try it.
How to start a return
Email support@hizoorelief.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or card provider first, then reach us at support@hizoorelief.com.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will send a free replacement or refund you in full, no return required in most cases.
Warranty
Beyond the 30-day trial, every order is covered by our 2-Year Warranty.
Late or missing deliveries
Orders that never arrive are eligible for a full refund or free reshipment — your choice.
